Sergey is a serial tech entrepreneur and international investor. He serves as a general partner at Roosh, one of the most powerful Ukrainian AI/ML tech companies, helping pioneering entrepreneurs and disruptive technologies scale globally by building, developing, and investing in them. He aims to change the Ukrainian IT landscape with business ideas and by creating opportunities. This goal inspired him to initiate the "STEM is FEM" educational project for young women.

Kyle was one of the first employees in the first growth stage VC fund in Ukraine - GR Capital. He was involved in every aspect from fundraising to operations. Along with his team he invested $80 million into top growth stage companies in the EU and the US. Kyle is an integral part of Roosh Ventures, helping construct the vision and team.
Before Roosh Ventures, Adam was an analyst at GR Capital, a growth-stage venture firm. While working there, he gained in-depth experience in working with and investing in tech companies across Europe, the UK, and the US. Adam is mentoring several early-stage Ukrainian startups. Adam has a BS in Applied Physics and Mathematics and an MS in Economic Analysis.
Andrew has a strategic consulting background. Before joining Roosh Ventures, he worked at EY Ukraine and GR Capital, a growth-stage venture firm. He is passionate about education, particularly the case method approach to teaching. Andrew actively participates in the popularization and mass adoption of the case method by Ukrainian educational institutions. He holds an MS in Economics from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Ivan has a strong background in investments and finance, which he gained at BeeVentures and Fuel Finance. At Roosh Ventures, he’s actively engaged in evaluating new opportunities alongside a team of analysts. During his university years, Ivan co-created one of Ukraine’s first energy sector digital media platforms, which ended up achieving a prominent position. Additionally, he launched Venturized — a Roosh Ventures weekly digest on VC and tech. Ivan holds an MS in Applied Economics from the Kyiv School of Economics and the University of Houston.
Barthelemy is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder Powder, a French startup that helps gamers and streamers create highlights & montages automatically with AI. Since 2013, he've co-led 3 startups, which went on to raise $30m, hire 80 employees, and translated into the creation of Europe's most impactful Deep Tech conference (Hello Tomorrow), the World's first Generative AI (Artomatix, acquired by Unity) and the place to discover and play games (Powder, 3m+ installs).
